New Member Michael Cherry

Hello everyone, my name is Michael Cherry and I am happy to be here! I am very much a rookie at iRacing and sim racing in general. I got involved with gran turismo 7, got a Logitech g29 and I’ve been hooked since. I’m 47, originally from Nashville, TN and my siblings and folks still live there. I joined the Marines at 18, met my wife, and now I reside in California.
I am a woodworker, mostly for fun but I’ve done my share of professional projects as well. My wife is a career-minded person and so we decided early on that I was more suited to raising the kids, so I did raise my two kids and now they are adults….sorta 😜. 
I’m looking forward to making some friends and having some fun!
