NASCAR Legacy Series 2020 Season 1
Announcing RFJ's first venture into the 1987 Nascar Cup cars! Beginning this Thursday 10/29/20 we will run a 8-week season called the "Nascar Legacy Series". This is being hosted by Bill Bender and the Praise The Lord series. Thursday nights will be used for the inaugural season until the Soul Shift Series returns with Scott Kelly in 2021.
We are going to mirror the current iRacing series "Nascar Legends" and follow their schedule as well as use their Fixed setups and length of race. This will give you the ability to run the same track sessions during the week to get practice or work towards your license if you so desire. These will be League Sessions with practice starting at 8pm EST and the race starting approximately 9pm EST.
With the series racing on Thursday Nov 26 (Thanksgiving) we will allow for 1 drop race in the season for those that might have to travel. Participation in this 8-week season will determine if the series is run again.
Future track schedules will depend on if Fixed setups are available to use.
